1. Digital Products
All digital products (music, downloads, digital content) are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue with the file.
2. Physical Products (Merchandise)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
